Description:

Repack archives for execution using java -jar. Can also be used to repack a jar with nested dependencies by using layout=NONE.

Attributes:

  • Requires a Maven project to be executed.
  • Requires dependency resolution of artifacts in scope: compile+runtime.
  • The goal is thread-safe and supports parallel builds.
  • Binds by default to the lifecycle phase: package.
